Gallery of Steve Etheridge

I began dabbling in art again as I approached retirement, after an absence of 40 years. First trying watercolours and gouache, I found drawing in pastels suited me most. I could always draw and found that the pastel medium allowed me to return to a work many times, rubbing out mistakes, mixing colours and making improvements.
I have little expectation of any artistic talent, but hope to continue to learn through trial and error, and through experienced artists. It is a great way to fill my spare time and to feed the soul.
