Payment Options: You can pay by PayPal, Card or Bank Transfer. Paypal and Card options are accessed by choosing 'Pay On-line' from the checkout screen. Bank Transfer is accessed by Choosing 'Invoice me' on the checkout screen. Be sure to quote your invoice number as a reference when paying by Bank Transfer.
Framing: All artwork is offered for sale without framing to avoid damage in transit to the purchaser. All artwork is sold ready to frame.
Delivery and Postage: All artwork will be posted direct from the artist within 7 days of your order. Artworks will be delivered by Express Post or by private courier. Shipping within Australia in included in the price of the artwork. International postage will incur an additional fee.
Return and refund policy: Nepean Art Society Inc. does not offer refunds on artworks that have been wrongly selected or for a change of mind. We take every care to properly represent and describe all artworks offered for purchase and that the artworks are of acceptable quality.
A refund will only be provided if:
1. The artwork does nt match the description in the on-line store and
2. A written email request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the artwork before an item is returned. Once the request has been approved, an approval email will be sent to you.
3. Returned artwork must be received in the same condition in which it was received before a credit or refund will be applied.
4. The cost of return delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the artwork has been delivered back to the artist.
5. Adequate packaging and transportation for returned artwork is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any artwork damaged during transit back to the artist will result in the cost of such damage being subtracted from the refund.
6. If your artwork arrives with damage to the packaging and artwork it is essential that photographic evidence is provided in your email to Nepean Art Society Inc. Where damaged artwork is received , we will provide a refund of the amount of the purchase price excluding the return delivery costs.
