NAS SUNDAY WORKSHOPS

BOOKINGS and PAYMENTS

The NAS relies on confirmed attendance to make important arrangements for workshops. Bookings are essential and payments must reach us 8 days before scheduled workshop. Class size is limited (10) and enrolment is a first come first served basis.

Workshops may be cancelled due to lack of participants. Full refunds will be given if this occurs. 

BREAKS

There will be morning tea and lunch breaks during the day.  

Kettle, fridge and a microwave are available for your use. Bring all your food requirements or purchase at shopping centre.  

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

To participate in a workshop you need to be a paid up member of the Nepean Art Society. If you are not yet a member then you can join from the MyNAS page.

Participants must bring their own art materials/tools. Each workshop will list specific items required for that workshop.

All participants in workshops are responsible for cleaning up after class and returning equipment/ furniture to its original place. 


WORKSHOP FEES:

The price for a workshop is $85.

The NAS relies on confirmed attendance to make important arrangements for workshops.

Class size for this workshop is limited to 10 and enrolment is on a first come first served basis.

Bookings and payments for each workshop can only be made on-line through “MY NAS”.

CANCELLATIONS

NAS reserves the right to cancel any workshop if minimum number is not reached and a FULL REFUND will be given in this case.

Please notify us immediately of any cancellations so that a student on our waiting list (if any) may take your place. (email – hancockat@bigpond.com)

Announcement of workshop cancellation will be done 1 week in advance unless it is due to unforeseen circumstances. NAS will not be held responsible for refunding travel expenses.

INDIVIDUAL REFUNDS

Refunds will be at the discretion of NAS and will take into account individual circumstances and the amount of notice given.

A “NO SHOW” will not receive any refund.

Workshop registration may be transferred to another NAS member.
